Camp Info

Due to concerns regarding COVID-19, this year's camp will be offered both in-person and as a virtual experience.

In-Person Camp

This year, our in-person camp will be different from others. It will be half-days and will be a fully outdoor experience. Due to COVID-19, campers will be expected to follow social distancing guidelines including standing 6-feet apart from each other, washing hands, and wearing masks during certain activities. Even so, we will still participate in playing games, singing songs, and creating arts and crafts!  Our in-person camp will also be live-streamed for those who will be attending virtually. As part of the virtual experience, there will be a forum-like interview segment of our live-stream that some of our in-person campers can partake in.

Virtual Camp

Our virtual camp will also be half-days and will be live-streamed via Facebook Live on the Lebanon Lutheran Church Day Camp Facebook page. There will also be a link to the live-stream on this website. Our live-stream will follow one of our in-person groups to participate in the same activities with the exception of games. In place of games, we will be holding forum-like interviews with our in-person campers to ensure that our virtual participants feel included. All virtual campers that have registered will receive a packet with all of the week's supplies for an at-home camp experience.

Rainy Day Camp

This year, we will not be holding camp on any rainy days. This is due to the difficulty of socially distancing indoors. In case of a rainy day, we have set aside the following Monday, the 27th, to hold our usual outdoor activities. This will be a make-up day for any day of the week that may be rained out. We will send out more information on this if we are forced to cancel one of the days of day camp.
